Job summary

Plutio is hiring a remote sales/BD role to convert hot leads into customers. You will book video calls, demonstrate the platform one-on-one, and follow up persistently to turn inquiries into sign-ups. Experience with SaaS and productivity tools helps, with English fluency required.

Compensation includes USD 1,000–2,000 monthly base plus 10% commission on each subscription for as long as the customer stays, no cap; fully remote role with room for outbound ideas.

What you'll do

• - Book people in for video calls
• - Answer their questions, demo Plutio one-on-one and show how it fits their business
• - Follow up, kindly and persistently, until it's a yes

You're probably our person if

• - People enjoy talking to you and leave your calls feeling good
• - You come across great on camera
• - You know the SaaS and productivity world, and you're at home in tools like HubSpot, Calendly, Zoom and Notion. Sales experience helps, but your video counts for more than your CV
• - You never let a lead go cold
• - Your English is natural and confident. Speaking other languages is a big plus

• - USD 1,000 to 2,000 a month, depending on your experience, plus 10% of every subscription you close, for as long as that customer stays. No cap.
