Job summary

PLINT AI is seeking a driven growth marketer based in the UAE to turn architects, interior designers and design studios into paying customers.

You'll build and execute a local growth plan, create or collaborate on short-form content, and reach out to studios, firms and design schools to book demos. Reports weekly on what’s working and shares feedback with the founders.

This is a fully remote role with a clear path to leadership and ongoing revenue incentives.

Qualifications

• Based in US, UK, UAE or Australia with marketing or selling to architects, designers or related audiences.
• Comfortable with short-form content and online communities.
• Ownership mindset with a results-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute a growth plan for your market.

Track A

Commission only strong 30 of net revenue from every customer you bring in for as long as they stay subscribed

Track B

Retainer Commission strong 250 month 25 of net revenue from every customer you bring in for as long as they stay subscribed Paid monthly under a written agreement
