Bayzat is seeking a Customer Support Agent to help users of our SaaS health insurance platform. The role requires excellent Arabic and English communication, comfort with CRM and ticketing systems, and a knack for turning complex issues into simple answers.

You will onboard new customers, document interactions, and flag recurring problems for the product team. Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in customer support, SaaS health insurance familiarity, and a customer-centric mindset.

Competenze

• Experience in a customer or technical support role, preferably in a SaaS or health insurance environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with independent troubleshooting ability.
• Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
• Empathy and a customer-centric approach with a focus on service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends/evenings.

• Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, chat and WhatsApp.
• Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot software issues and offer resolutions per guidelines.
• Document and track customer interactions, issues and resolutions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to resolve concerns effectively.
• Onboard new customers and train them on Bayzat's SaaS health insurance platform.
• Stay updated on product changes and industry trends to assist customers accurately.
• Identify recurring issues and work with product teams to drive long-term improvements.
• Contribute to knowledge base and self-service resources.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions.
