Job summary

Grow Therapy is seeking an experienced RCM leader to own end-to-end revenue cycle performance across eligibility, submission, denials, and payments. You will optimize team structure and drive automation in fast-growing health tech operations.

As part of a mission to expand access to high-quality mental healthcare, you will build KPI dashboards, reduce denial rates, and improve days in accounts receivable while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in revenue cycle management.
• 3+ years of experience managing managers in a multi-function RCM operations environment.
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end RCM performance metrics (denial rates, clean claim rate, days in A/R).
• Experience in high-growth or rapid-scaling health tech environments.
• Experience managing RCM operations across diverse payor types.
• Experience operationalizing automation or AI tools within operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end RCM operational performance across eligibility, claim submission, follow-up, denials, contracts, and authorizations.
• Assess and evolve team structure including span of control, role design, and team growth.
• Operationalize AI and automation tools across RCM workflows in partnership with the Operations AI Center of Excellence.
• Maintain and evolve rigorous KPI reporting and operational dashboards including Uncollected %, denial rates, and clean claim rates.
