Job summary

Ethos is seeking an experienced CRM operations manager to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own field-mapping schemas, lead-routing logic, and deduplication rulesets, and you’ll audit pipeline hygiene while building dashboards used by sales and marketing leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in revenue operations or CRM operations with hands-on ownership of field-mapping schemas.
• Experience auditing pipeline hygiene and building funnel dashboards that leadership rely on.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
