Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced research operations leads to help train a large language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full lifecycle from interviews to insight synthesis, delivering high-quality outputs across core workflows including decks, interview syntheses, survey writeups, and journey maps.

This is a fully remote, flexible part-time role (5-20 hours/week or more) with immediate start.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle.
• Fluency with thematic coding, survey design/statistics, and turning data into summaries and journey maps.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead research operations to train an LLM on professional docs, spreadsheets, and decks.
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across moderated decks, interviews, surveys, and journey maps.
• Synthesize findings into actionable product recommendations and insights briefs.
