Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Revenue Operations Compensation lead to scale our compensation programs across global GTM teams. This role sits at the intersection of operations rigor and cross-functional partnership, collaborating with Legal, HR, Finance, and Sales leadership to design systems, workflows, and governance that power variable compensation and ensure timely, accurate payments.

Qualifications

• 6 years of Compensation Operations, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and improve scalable operational processes in high-growth environments.
• Can break complex problems into smaller actionable solution steps.
• Foundational analytical skills, with proven expertise in SQL.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Highly adaptable, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
• Comfort balancing strategic context with day-to-day operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain scalable compensation processes for payouts, reconciliations and close cycles.
• Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits and payout processes with accuracy.
• Support approvals, compliance and audits with Legal, HR and Finance.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to improve visibility and trust in compensation programs.
• Provide field support and maintain intake resources and FAQs.
