Job summary

CoinW is seeking a senior compensation and benefits lead to design and iterate a group-wide compensation system, align multinational policies and drive equity incentive programs. You will collaborate with legal, finance, and HR to ensure compliance and effectiveness across regions.

The role requires deep expertise in compensation design, data analytics, and cross-border collaboration, with a focus on attracting and retaining top talent globally.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in compensation and benefits.
• 3+ years in compensation management at leading internet companies.
• Experience building compensation and benefits systems from scratch.
• Familiar with cross-border compensation management logic.
• Proficient English for cross-border business communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction of group-wide compensation and benefits system.
• Oversee multinational compensation management and policy alignment.
• Ensure compliance, competitiveness and fairness in compensation.
• Develop equity long-term incentive framework and governance.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and HR on implementation.
• Advise on data-driven optimization of compensation strategies.
• Train and communicate policies across regions.
