Ethos is seeking experienced model risk managers to help train their latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This opportunity focuses on regulatory filings, compliance policy, and control-testing documentation.

Work fully remote with flexible hours (5–20 hours per week, more if desired). Start date ASAP. Compensation is $100/hour with the potential for ongoing engagements across governance and audit-related tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services compliance, regulatory affairs, or risk management.
• Direct ownership of drafting or reviewing regulatory filings, compliance policy, or control-testing documentation.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Support regulatory filing and disclosure review processes.
• Develop governance memos, policy drafting, and audit-response documentation.
