Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter receipts, invoices, and expense information into QuickBooks.
• Record material purchases and vendor invoices.
• Enter and organize fuel card transactions and payments.
• Categorize transactions according to established accounting processes.
• Review entries for accuracy and match supporting documents to projects.
• Maintain organized digital records and supporting documentation.
• Assist with Spanish-language documentation and support the senior accounting resource.
