Job summary

Flip retail in Dubai is seeking an Accountant Assistant to support daily bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting. You will process invoices, update expenditure records, and assist with payroll and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.

The role requires Diploma level education, experience in bookkeeping roles, and proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software. This is a full-time position based in Dubai. Salary is AED 3,000 to AED 4,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Work experience as a Bookkeeping Assistant or Bookkeeping Clerk
• Knowledge of standard bookkeeping procedures
• Familiarity with financing policies
• Good mathematics abilities and the ability to spot mathematical mistakes
• Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)

Responsibilities

• Integrate invoices and identify inconsistencies
• Create and update expenditure reports
• Refine compensation forms
• Prepare financial institution deposits
• Enter financial purchases into internal data sources
• Examine spreadsheets for precision
• Maintain electronic and physical financial records
