Pavago is hiring a Property Management Sales Executive to convert qualified property owners and real estate investors into long-term property management clients. This is a true closing role with no prospecting, and you’ll work remotely, aligned to U.S. business hours.

You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract, lead CRM updates, and ensure a smooth onboarding transition, leveraging your 2+ years closing experience in real estate or property management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of closing experience in Property Management or Real Estate Sales.
• Proven history of closing deals—not just generating leads or setting appointments.
• Experience selling directly to property owners, landlords, and real estate investors.

Responsabilités

• Handle full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract.
• Lead discovery calls, presentations, and pricing discussions.
• Convert qualified prospects into signed property management clients.
• Manage objections and negotiate terms professionally.
