Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Deployment Strategist to join a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents against challenging customer problems.

You will meet strategic customers, own flagship deals end-to-end, and embed with customers to deliver measurable outcomes while collaborating with Research and GTM teams to shape the roadmap.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with enterprise customers in a technical role.
• Experience in product development, delivery and change management.
• Comfort engaging in deal conversations and structuring value propositions.
• Proficient in Python and API integrations for prototyping.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Track record of delivering results on ambiguous projects.
• Able to map enterprise workflows to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet strategic customers to understand goals and pain points around AI transformation.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end—from use case to close.
• Embed with strategic customers and ensure delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with engineers to bring to life.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents.
• Scope opportunities in new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed insights into ElevenLabs' roadmap.
• Build and deliver demos of ElevenAgents and related AI technology.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to reach production.
