ElevenLabs is a pioneering AI research and product company offering ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI. We seek a Deployment Strategist to work remotely with a global customer base, leading enterprise deals and embedding within client teams to deliver measurable AI-driven outcomes.

You will map workflows to AI systems, guide deployments, and partner with GTM, engineering, and research to shape product roadmaps. Join a fast-moving, innovative culture with generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity.
• Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
• Commercial instinct: comfortable in deal conversations and enterprise sales cycles.
• Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Proven track record of owning complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
• Adaptability across industries and technical use cases.
• Technical aptitude with common LLM, tooling and AI agent frameworks.
• Ability to map enterprise use cases to AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pain points.
• Own flagship deals end-to-end from use case to pricing terms and closing.
• Embed yourself inside strategic customers, spend time onsite, and own delivery outcomes.
• Identify high-impact use cases with customer problems and workflow improvements.
• Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents and achieving production readiness.
• Scope new industries and expand AI solutions globally.
• Present results and proposals to audiences from technical teams to executives.
• Collaborate with Research to feed field insights back into the platform and models.
• Build and deliver compelling demos of ElevenAgents to customers.
• Collaborate daily with customers' engineering and executive teams to drive production and measurable outcomes.
