Hypemasters is a remote game studio based on CET-friendly hours, seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across the company. You will keep projects moving, align teams, and deliver high‑quality results while staying engaged with the product and its systems.

You’ll work with leadership and development teams to set priorities, remove blockers, and explore faster, better ways of working without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple mobile game projects with cross‑team collaboration.
• Understanding of game production pipelines and potential blockers.
• Experience working with remote teams and distributed workflows.
• Comfortable challenging estimates and timelines to improve delivery.
• Strong written and verbal English for clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across different teams, keeping work on track and delivery timelines clear.
• Manage resources across projects and help ensure teams are working efficiently.
• Understand the game production pipeline end-to-end and anticipate dependencies and bottlenecks.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies early and work with teams to resolve them.
• Play the game to understand systems and mechanics and suggest improvements.
• Challenge timelines and estimates to help teams work faster without compromising quality.
• Ensure teams deliver work to the requested quality and standards.
• Maintain clear, proactive communication across teams and stakeholders.
• Keep Jira up to date with priorities, progress, and blockers visible to all.
• Contribute to product prioritisation balancing player impact and development effort.
