Job summary

Hypemasters is seeking a Project Manager to drive execution across our international game development studio. This remote role requires strong skills in coordinating multiple teams, managing resources, and maintaining high delivery standards while understanding the mobile game production pipeline.

You will work with leadership to set priorities, remove blockers, and push for better, faster ways of working without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications

• Experience managing mobile games generating $1M+ yearly revenue.
• Understanding of game production pipelines and cross-team blockers.
• Interest in games and ability to evaluate and suggest improvements.
• Experience with remote teams.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Comfortable challenging assumptions and pushing teams toward better solutions.
• Experience with Agile workflows and Jira.
• Product‑oriented mindset with knowledge of mobile-game metrics such as retention, engagement, monetisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects across different teams, keeping work on track and delivery timelines clear.
• Manage resources across projects and help ensure teams are working efficiently.
• Understand the game production pipeline end-to-end and anticipate where dependencies could create bottlenecks.
• Identify risks and blockers early and work with teams to resolve them.
• Play the game, understand its systems, and use that knowledge to suggest improvements.
• Challenge timelines and estimates to help teams work faster without compromising quality.
• Keep communication clear and proactive across teams and with stakeholders.
• Keep Jira up to date and visible to all interested parties.
