Job summary

Hypemasters is seeking a QA Engineer to strengthen QA across our mobile live games. You will work with the QA Lead and developers to ensure builds are stable, compliant, and release-ready, with experience in release management and full-stack workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in game QA in mobile environments.
• Experience with mobile live games and live operations.
• Testing mid-core mobile games; strategy game testing a plus.
• Proven release-management experience.
• Understanding of full-stack development workflows.
• Ability to work in an agile environment under a QA Lead.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Excellent written communication and structured bug reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode, Android Studio, ADB, Apptim and GameBench.
• Nice to have: SQL knowledge and automation testing experience.

Responsibilities

• Test mobile builds on real devices for functionality, performance, and stability.
• Create, execute, and maintain detailed test plans and test cases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs through to resolution.
• Validate fixes and confirm release readiness.
• Support release processes, including build creation, PR merges, and store submissions.
• Validate live updates, hotfixes, and events as part of live operations support.
• Collaborate with developers, production, and the QA Lead to improve quality and workflows.
