Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager (CCTV & Networking) for remote work. The role covers design, estimation, deployment, and ongoing support of CCTV and security projects.

You will manage layouts, networking integration, hardware selection, scheduling, and stakeholder communications across global clients, with a focus on delivering reliable, well-documented deployments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing CCTV/physical security deployments end-to-end.
• Strong networking knowledge including LAN/WAN, subnets, PoE, and routing.
• Experience with NVR/DVR systems and IP network integration.
• Proficiency with PM tools (Asana, Jira, ClickUp or Monday.com).
• Excellent written and spoken English; remote-work capable.

Responsibilities

• Design CCTV layouts, camera placement, and system schematics per client needs.
• Manage CCTV and physical security projects end-to-end from design to support.
• Set timelines, coordinate resources, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Configure networked CCTV, including NVR/DVR, IP addressing and bandwidth.
• Prepare quotes, scopes of work, BOMs and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with technicians and vendors to coordinate installations.
• Maintain project docs and track tasks in PM systems.
