Lever, Inc. is seeking a People Operations Coordinator based remotely. The role supports onboarding, HR operations, talent operations, and employee experience across a fully distributed organization.

You will manage documentation, data, and processes, collaborate with global teams, and explore AI-enhanced workflows. The position offers autonomy, growth potential, and cross-functional partnerships in a dynamic gaming-industry context.

Competenze

• Experience in a People Operations, HR operations, onboarding, or coordination role.
• Experience with onboarding, HR, recruiting, or People teams.
• Experience using AI to improve efficiency or willingness to learn how to apply AI.
• Proficiency with multiple tools including Notion and applicant tracking systems.

Mansioni

• Improve onboarding processes to be clear, consistent, and efficient.
• Coordinate operational activities supporting new joiners and onboarding journeys.
• Update and maintain onboarding documentation and Notion pages.
• Handle tasks across onboarding, Talent, and HR, including data, system updates, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate People data across systems and files.
• Help optimize AI and tools to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with People, HR, recruitment, and onboarding stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Take ownership of assigned processes and propose improvements.
• Contribute to broader People and Talent Operations activities as the role grows.
