Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis.
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw data into usability test findings decks and journey maps.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute research studies across documents, spreadsheets, and slide workflows.
• Synthesize findings into insights, decks, and journey maps to inform product decisions.
• Design and analyze surveys, interview guides, and screening criteria for research studies.
