Job summary

UKG is seeking a Payroll Representative II to join its Managed Services team. You will act as the main point of contact for assigned clients using UKG Ready payroll and workforce management solutions, ensuring accurate support and excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities include researching payroll issues, providing effective solutions, and maintaining client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Business Administration or related field required; payroll/customer service/HR support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with payroll processes, compliance and workforce management; strong Excel and payroll templates; UKG product experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact for UKG Ready payroll and workforce management services.
• Identify payroll issues, research concerns, and provide accurate solutions while maintaining compliance.
• Support clients with payroll processes and workforce management requirements.
• Communicate with clients through professional emails and virtual meetings.
• Collaborate with remote team members to resolve client requests.
• Create payroll import templates using Microsoft Excel.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of client support activities.
