Requirements & Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (as estimated in source posting); experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management practices; strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and payroll templates; experience with UKG products or other payroll and workforce management platforms is an advantage.
• Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving; ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technologies; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities; strong communication and client relationship management skills.
