Cadence is a clinical AI company automating the treatment of chronic disease through remote monitoring and clinical intelligence.

Cadence is seeking a remote patient support specialist to assist patients via phone, email, and chat, educate on Cadence products, and ensure issue resolution. You will draft communications, support engagement, and escalate complex concerns to care teams from a home office with reliable internet.

Qualifications

• Multichannel help desk experience (voice, email, SMS).
• Experience in a customer-facing healthcare field (advocacy, health system, or insurance).
• Experience working with Medicare patients.
• Experience in a metrics-driven environment.
• Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot.
• Experience working in a remote environment with stable high-speed internet.
• Fluency with AI productivity tools like Gemini or Notion AI.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
• Educate customers on Cadence technology products and medical device usage
• Conduct follow-up communications to ensure issue resolution and gather feedback
• Escalate complex patient concerns to appropriate care delivery teams
• Execute patient engagement and retention initiatives
• Draft patient communications and summarize interactions using AI-assisted tools
• Document patient interactions accurately within applicable systems
