Job summary

Historias con apellido is seeking a part-time remote HubSpot Administrator to optimize and manage the organization’s HubSpot CRM and related tools. You will configure pipelines, properties, workflows, and automation to support marketing and sales, while maintaining data quality through audits and deduplication.

You will also build dashboards and reports to provide visibility into performance metrics and collaborate with teams on campaigns and lead scoring.

Qualifications

• Clear documentation and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teammates.
• Support internal stakeholders and improve contact experience in HubSpot CRM.
• Familiarity with email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation, and campaign tracking in HubSpot.
• Experience with pipeline management, deal stages, lead nurturing, and reporting on sales activities.
• Organizational skills for data handling, records management, and recurring platform maintenance tasks.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and marketing/sales hubs: workflows, properties, lists, reports.
• Analytical skills to identify trends and propose automation improvements.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting and prioritize multiple requests.
• HubSpot certifications are a strong plus and GDPR/data privacy awareness is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Configure pipelines, properties, workflows, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.
• Perform regular data quality audits, deduplication, and list management in HubSpot.
• Create and update dashboards and reports to visualize performance metrics.
• Support team with HubSpot questions and document processes and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to implement campaigns and nurture journeys.
• Assist with lead scoring models and measurement of campaign effectiveness.
