Job summary

NEXA is urgently seeking an experienced CRM Project & Growth Manager to own end‑to‑end HubSpot implementations. You’ll be the primary client contact from kickoff to go‑live, ensuring timelines, quality, and client confidence.

Work with an Implementation Specialist to deliver a seamless, scalable CRM outcome. You will drive discovery, manage scope, and champion growth opportunities, translating complex CRM concepts into actionable steps for clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Info Systems or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on HubSpot implementation and CRM management, ideally in an agency/consultancy.
• Deep understanding of HubSpot hubs: Sales, Marketing, Service, Content and Operations (certifications preferred).
• Experience with integrations, APIs and third‑party tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zapier, custom integrations, webhooks).
• Strong project planning, scope, timelines and risk management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; comfortable leading discovery sessions and training.
• Multilingual or regional experience (e.g. MENA) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end CRM implementation projects and ensure on‑time, in‑scope delivery.
• Act as the face of delivery for clients, manage expectations and scope conversations.
• Brief the team clearly, track milestones, and mitigate risks to avoid delays.
• Provide ongoing guidance and documentation for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with website and solutions architecture teams to integrate CRM with builds.
• Identify growth opportunities and advocate HubSpot value to clients.
