Mile Café is seeking a smart, organized, and proactive Operations & Admin Specialist to support our coffee shop business remotely. This role requires you to own tasks, follow up with people, and ensure completion without constant reminders.

You will handle professional emails, HR tasks, lead daily team follow-ups, coordinate events with partners, and research options with clear recommendations. The position is remote, part-time, and long-term.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR tasks: contracts, attendance tracking, payroll prep, documents.
• Lead and follow up with the team daily to push tasks forward.
• Coordinate events and partnerships from initial contact to execution.
• Research suppliers, prices, competitors, and event opportunities with clear options.
• Flag problems or propose opportunities and use AI to speed up work with your own checks.
