Job summary

Magic is seeking a remote Paid Social Coordinator to activate, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns. You will set up tracking with Meta Pixel, build audiences, run tests, and continuously improve CPA/ROAS across funnels. Collaborate with the Social Media Director and Paid Social Team to translate insights into actions.

The role is remote, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm ET. Compensation is $7 per hour with no benefits; a reliable home office setup is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta paid social campaigns (build, launch, optimize, A/B test).
• Proven Meta Pixel and events expertise, including setup, validation, and troubleshooting tracking discrepancies.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve campaign and tracking issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and manage Meta campaigns across funnels (prospecting, retargeting).
• Execute A/B tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Continuously optimize toward CPA/ROAS/CVR targets and scale winning segments.
• Develop and refine audience targeting, lookalikes, and retargeting strategies.
• Set up and validate Meta Pixel, events, and parameters; troubleshoot tracking gaps and ensure accurate attribution.
• Analyze campaign data and translate findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
