Job summary

m i r a l.l.c is seeking a Part-time PPC/Meta Ads Specialist to own day-to-day management and optimization across multiple accounts from a fully remote setting in the UAE. You will manage campaigns on Meta Ads, analyze performance, test strategies, and report results to the PPC Team Lead.

The role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, data-driven decision making, and collaboration within a small team. Experience with real estate projects or UAE market is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts independently.
• Understanding of key metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, CPM, CR.
• Data-driven decision making for optimization opportunities.
• Experience with Lead Gen campaigns and audience testing.
• Clear day-to-day communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Launch and set up advertising campaigns in Meta Ads
• Monitor campaign performance daily and respond to changes
• Optimize budgets, audiences, placements, and structures
• Analyze metrics and identify reasons for drops
• Test new audiences, offers, and ad creatives
• Provide recommendations for new creatives
• Monitor tracking/conversion events accuracy
• Prepare regular performance reports
• Discuss results and ideas with PPC Team Lead
• Troubleshoot issues with accounts, ads, and moderation
