Job summary

HDMHDM (High Definition Marketing) is a Dubai-based digital marketing agency seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to plan and run end-to-end multi-channel campaigns for clients on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This is a full-time remote position for a results-driven marketer comfortable with budgets, data, and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of campaign management or paid media experience, preferably in an agency.
• Experience designing and executing multi-channel campaigns.
• Hands-on proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
• Sales-oriented mindset with experience in lead generation and revenue alignment.
• Ability to derive insights from data and translate into optimizations.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination.
• Excellent communication for client-facing and internal reporting.
• Experience working remotely with distributed teams and managing multiple accounts.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage multi-channel campaigns from strategy through reporting.
• Build campaign structures, audiences, and funnels for lead generation and revenue goals.
• Manage campaign budgets and timelines across client accounts.
• Coordinate creative assets with design and content teams.
• Analyze data, prepare performance reports, and optimize for lower CAC.
• Present results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Identify growth opportunities and testing ideas for clients.
