Flapen (for Amazon Private Label Seller) is hiring a Paid Social Buyer to drive off-channel growth for a portfolio of established Amazon brands. You’ll open a second channel, create traffic, and turn initial traction into revenue—primarily on Meta platforms with a focus on measuring total revenue over spend.

You’ll work remotely on a 40-hour week, overlap Dubai time, and be paid based on outcomes. The role emphasizes testing, attribution, and cross-brand scaling across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years buying Meta and Instagram ads for physical consumer products.
• Experience driving off-Amazon traffic and measuring the halo.
• Ability to write creative briefs and test ideas with a clear kill number.

Responsibilities

• Build Meta and Instagram ads for several brands from near zero.
• Move budget between brands weekly with justification.
• Set up testing systems for angles, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Brief the creative team on assets and approve before spend.
• Set up tracking to capture sales on Amazon when Meta cannot see them.
• Report weekly on blended MER and what changes were made.
