THE MILE CAFE is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to work remotely on a part-time basis. Candidate should be creative, fast, and able to bring new ideas without constant prompting, with experience in cafés or lifestyle brands preferred.

The role involves designing cups, menus, packaging, posters, and social media materials, while maintaining a modern Mile Café identity. Strong visual taste and ability to work quickly on varied tasks in a remote setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with cafés, F&B, lifestyle brands or packaging is a strong advantage.
• Strong visual taste and understanding of modern/minimal design.
• Ability to work quickly on both small and large tasks.
• Proactive and comfortable suggesting ideas independently.
• Able to follow deadlines and communicate consistently while working remotely.
• Keeps up with current design, packaging and café trends.
• AI tools can be used to support the work, but final designs must feel original and professionally designed.

Responsibilities

• Design special coffee cups for events, campaigns and occasions.
• Design menus, posters, packaging, stickers and event materials.
• Prepare professional print-ready files.
• Make design changes and revisions quickly when needed.
• Support simple Instagram tasks such as replies and reposting customer Stories.
• Research café, packaging and branding trends.
• Regularly suggest simple creative ideas that can make customers want to photograph and share Mile Café products.
• Maintain a clean, modern and consistent Mile Café visual identity.
