Job summary

Ethos seeks experienced community programs managers to train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will develop, evaluate, and refine grant proposals, donor reports, and program materials for funders and boards.

This remote role offers 5–20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, starting ASAP. Compensation is $70/hour, with a focus on quality, precision, and effective written communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposals, donor reports, program models, board briefings, and related materials.
