Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, board decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans
• Ensure high-quality document, spreadsheet, and slide outputs with attention to detail and clarity
• Collaborate with Ethos network and researchers to tailor outputs for funders and boards
