Ethos is seeking government and public administration professionals to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create policy memos, coordinate interagency reporting, and craft grant compliance narratives from home on a flexible schedule.

The role is mid-level, part-time, fully remote with a starting ASAP date and compensation of $70/hour. Strong writing conventions and attention to detail are essential for success in this engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years working within government agencies or public administration, with direct ownership of policy briefing memos and grant compliance packages.
• Strong command of public-sector writing conventions, rulemaking public comment procedure, and appropriations request narratives.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Develop policy briefing memos for agency leadership and interagency coordination reports.
• Prepare grant compliance packages and reporting narratives and manage constituent correspondence.
