Job summary

ECS ME LLC in Koramangala Bangalore is seeking a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large data analytics and data engineering programs.

This hybrid role requires 8–10 years of experience, on-site 3 days a week, and a client-payroll setup with a budget up to 32 LPA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS or equivalent
• 8+ years in software delivery, project/program management
• Experience leading large, complex software projects with distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior client executives
• Regulatory/financial services or enterprise systems familiarity is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large programs focused on Data Analytics/Data Engineering
• Define scope, timelines, milestones and resource plans with emphasis on timely value delivery
• Lead governance, risk/issue management, and escalation handling
• Mentor cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Consultants, Developers, QA, and Business Analysts
• Track delivery metrics such as velocity, utilization, margins, and quality
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, Pre-Sales and Support for seamless execution

Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Technical Delivery Manager with 8 years of experience in leading large-scale enterprise-grade software delivery programs The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project and delivery management driving customer success mentoring teams and ensuring high-quality delivery This role requires strong leadership and stakeholder management skills along with the ability to manage multiple high-visibility programs in fast-paced and complex environments while consistently delivering exceptional business value What You ll Do Own end-to-end delivery of multiple large and complex projects programs ensuring scope schedule quality cost and customer satisfaction related to Data Analytics and Data Engineering initiatives Define project scope timelines milestones and resource plans with a strong focus on predictable and timely delivery of value Lead and facilitate project governance including status reviews steering committee meetings risk and issue management and escalation handling Manage customer expectations build long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders Lead coach and mentor cross-functional teams including Data Engineers Implementation Consultants Developers QA and Business Analysts Track and report key delivery metrics such as velocity utilization margins quality and delivery KPIs Proactively identify risks dependencies and impediments and drive timely resolution to maintain delivery momentum Champion process improvement initiatives and continuously enhance delivery efficiency and quality Collaborate closely with Engineering Architecture Product Management Pre-Sales and Support teams for seamless execution Ensure compliance with industry regulatory and organizational standards where applicable

Requirements

Bachelor s Degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent practical experience 8 years of experience in software delivery project management and program management roles 8 years of hands-on experience managing large and complex software projects Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and distributed teams Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills including interaction with senior client executives Strong background in delivery management risk management quality management and financial metrics utilization margins Experience in regulatory financial services or enterprise systems is a strong plus Sufficient technical background to evaluate architectural decisions delivery risks and engineering trade-offs Exceptional leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to thrive in dynamic and fast-evolving environments while maintaining delivery excellence
