Job summary

IMSOLD Agency in Dubai is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate the full marketing workflow for a real estate lead-generation account. This role focuses on operations, coordination, and project management while collaborating with research, copy, design, video, publishing, media buying, and compliance teams in a fully remote setup.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing project management or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of paid social funnels and marketing metrics (CPM, CTR, CPL).
• Experience coordinating multiple specialists and delivering projects on deadline.
• Excellent written English and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and verify marketing foundations: market research, audience definitions, messaging, and compliance.
• Coordinate specialist teams and inputs before production begins.
• Build content plans, campaign roadmaps, and content calendars.
• Coordinate channels, campaign mix, content volume, and publishing schedules.
• Ensure each content slot has the required creative, caption, CTA, and destination.
• Track dependencies, deadlines, blockers, and follow up to keep work moving.
• Perform quality checks and ensure deliverables meet quality and deadlines.
• Maintain project trackers and cross-team communication; elevate issues early.
