The ideal candidate has 1–3 years UAE real estate marketing experience, strong video/editing skills, and a proactive, deadline-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In)
• Manage and grow all company social media accounts with consistent posting
• Develop engaging content strategies tailored to the Dubai real estate market
• Generate and manage leads through social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
• Handle inbound inquiries and qualify leads before passing to the sales team
• Coordinate with agents to capture property listings and promotional content
• Run and optimize digital campaigns (organic & paid) for lead generation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate marketing (UAE preferred)
