Job summary

ACS Group is seeking an experienced Travel Manager to lead our Travel & Lifestyle initiatives. You will design and manage complex international itineraries, coordinate with premium partners, and deliver exceptional service across the luxury travel spectrum.

The role requires strong organizational skills, a track record in private aviation and VIP airport services, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced international environment. Remote work is offered with rotation.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in travel management, luxury or corporate travel.
Hands-on experience with private aviation and VIP airport services.
Experience booking through agents or GDS platforms.
Willingness to travel internationally.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
Attention to detail and proactive service mindset.
Professionalism, discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate international business and leisure travel across destinations.
Arrange hotels, flights, private jet charters, transfers and exclusive activities.
Research destinations, create tailored travel proposals.
Source and negotiate rates with hotels, airlines and service providers.
Monitor bookings for accuracy and seamless execution.
Prepare itineraries and weekly event recommendations.
