Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking an eCommerce Manager to drive the online strategy, manage the P&L, and optimize growth across platforms in the Middle East. You will leverage data insights, marketing, and merchandising to deliver a world-class customer experience while collaborating with internal teams, suppliers, and agencies.

You will lead performance marketing, analytics, and online merchandising, with a focus on site optimization, promotions, and cross-channel synergies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading eCommerce strategy and P&L ownership.
• Strong performance marketing and analytics capabilities.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and retail.

Responsibilities

• Define annual eCommerce strategy and budget with GM and Brand GM.
• Manage product, pricing, promotions, and site performance.
• Own online P&L and optimize profitability and cost drivers.
• Lead merchandising, categorisation, and content updates for accuracy.
• Plan campaigns across PPC, display, social, and affiliates.
• Analyse data to drive improvements and report KPIs via dashboards.
