Responsibilities
- Lead a distributed software engineering team delivering Ubuntu integrations for IoT, PC, and server hardware.
- Provide technical leadership across the Linux stack and collaborate with partners to implement hardware enablement and performance improvements.
- Build and maintain relationships with commercial/tech partners and ensure milestone delivery.
- Oversee partner engagements and ensure delivery with quality and reliability.
- Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback and career development.
