Job summary

Pairs seeks an Investment Banking Associate to manage investor outreach and run capital-raising efforts with a banker’s discipline. You will own the investor process from list to follow-up, leveraging a network of family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels without fund-mandate conflicts.

You will nurture relationships you build, bring new investors monthly, and ensure timely responses with a focus on discretion.

Qualifications

• Experience with live capital raises or M&A outreach.
• Proven investor relationships you built personally.
• Ability to move busy investors to respond.
• Maintain discretion; do not include investor names in your application.
• Use AI tools judiciously to enhance workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own investor processes: right investors, right order, timely follow-ups.
• Manage and grow investor relationships, ensuring they remain qualified and engaged.
• Match investors to opportunities based on their preferences and mandates.
• Maintain ongoing engagement with investors between opportunities.
