Pairs is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst to research, reach and book investors behind opportunities. You will operate on the investor side, building qualified lists and driving outreach end-to-end.

The role emphasizes rigorous qualification, tailored messaging, and maintaining organized records of conversations and outcomes. You will work directly with the co-founders and investor team in a fully remote setting, with live mandates from week one and room to grow into a senior investor-side

Qualifications

• Experience researching and building investor lists.
• Ability to draft concise, personalised messages to busy investors.
• Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns with accuracy.
