Job summary

Pairs, a global network connecting family offices, institutional investors, VCs and angels, is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst to research, qualify and book the investors behind opportunities.

You will own end-to-end outreach: build investor lists, draft tailored messages, secure meetings with founders, and log every interaction. This is an early-career role with a fast pace, strict diligence, and room to grow into senior investor-side work.

Qualifications

• Analyst experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance or capital advisory preferred.
• Ability to write concise, effective messages to busy investors.
• Maintain a fast pace while preserving quality and following a process.

Responsibilities

• Build and qualify investor lists based on opportunity fit.
• Draft personalized outreach messages that invite investor responses.
• Book investor meetings with founders and provide necessary context.
• Log conversations, meetings and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
