Assetara Limited in Dubai is seeking a Remote HR Recruiter & Video Interview Specialist to source candidates, schedule interviews, and conduct first-round video interviews for international roles. You will represent the company on camera, evaluate candidate potential, and report to senior management.

The role requires excellent on-camera presence, solid English communication, and a home office with a good webcam, microphone, and reliable internet. This is a remote position with global candidates.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken English with clear diction, professional presentation and on-camera confidence.
• HR / Recruiting background or related experience such as sourcing, screening, virtual assistance, or customer-facing roles.
• Home office setup with HD webcam, good microphone and stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and post jobs across free channels, job boards and social media.
• Review resumes provided directly by the company.
• Schedule interviews with candidates via Email and WhatsApp across time zones.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily logs, track candidate pipelines and submit structured daily reports.
