Job summary

Easy Wedding is growing and seeking an Operations Manager to scale our UAE, Seychelles, and Georgia events while preserving the personal care that defines us. You will lead and develop the events operations team, own end-to-end events from brief to post-event feedback, and build strong supplier relationships with UAE officials.

Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus. As we expand to over 100 weddings/year, you’ll manage budgets and KPIs, hire and onboard new team members, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience managing a team in the UAE.
• 2–5 years running full event cycles in the Gulf with client contact.
• Experience with international clients and high-end events preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license and ability to commute regularly.
• Fluent English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and develop the events operations team with support.
• Step in for clients during high-stakes moments.
• Own events end-to-end from brief to goodbye.
• Build relationships with suppliers and UAE officials.
• Seek continuous improvement and implement changes.
• Hire and onboard team members as we grow.
• Manage budgets and KPIs while protecting the guest experience.
