Qualifications

• 9+ years in Marketing Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
• Experience owning planning cycles and capital allocation at multi-market/global level.
• Proficiency with forecasting models and ROI logic.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience partnering with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance.
