Job summary

Airalo is seeking a Marketing Strategy Director to lead regional and global Growth planning, forecasting, and capital allocation. You will partner with Growth, Product, Brand, and Finance to align targets and drive incremental impact across markets and channels.

You will champion data-driven decisions, build scalable forecasting frameworks, and ensure clear workflows and documentation across teams. This fully remote role offers global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• 9+ years in Marketing Strategy, BizOps, FP&A, or related analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth forecasting process end to end and present narratives to leadership.
• Lead budget allocation and regional/channel analysis with CAC/LTV insights.
• Partner with Data to translate forecasts into actions and dashboards.
• Drive cross-functional projects and process improvements across Growth.
