• Demonstrated experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design budget allocation logic and models across products and sources, validate approach, prepare for automation.
• Develop and validate Early LTV metrics/models for intra-week performance decisions and dynamic budgets.
• Build analytics frameworks to diagnose performance, identify drivers, opportunities, and anomalies across products/channels.
• Contribute to AI-based analytics tool for performance analysis and root-cause detection.
• Support BI layer with metric definitions, data validation and use cases.
• Translate findings into actionable rules and decision models.
