Job summary

Jobgether SRL is assisting a partner company in the United Arab Emirates to hire a User Acquisition Specialist. The role centers on end-to-end paid media across Meta, TikTok and Google, handling setup, targeting, bidding, creative rotation, testing and optimization for multiple client accounts.

You’ll translate performance signals into growth strategies, collaborate with creative and growth teams, and present findings in client meetings, using proprietary technologies to drive scalable results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of paid media experience, agency or consumer app background.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Meta advertising is essential.
• Experience with TikTok and Google Ads is highly valuable.
• Proven ability to manage accounts with seven-figure annual budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actions.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to respond quickly to performance changes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Manage campaigns across multiple client accounts with a focus on performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention and other metrics.
• Diagnose performance changes due to fatigue, attribution or market factors.
• Develop and execute structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets and structures.
• Identify opportunities to improve media efficiency and campaign scalability.
• Maintain account hygiene, naming conventions, UTM integrity and QA checks.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers on data-driven decisions.
• Utilize proprietary tech to identify growth opportunities and scale media budgets.
• Prepare clear performance insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Create compelling presentations and communicate results in client meetings.
