• 1–3+ years of experience writing conversion-focused copy.
• Exceptional written and verbal English, with C2-level proficiency.
• Portfolio demonstrating real copywriting work with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, persuasion, and action triggers.
• Ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, from solo owners to enterprise teams.
• Strong customer and market research habits to extract insights.
• Interest in professional copywriting principles through books, courses, or practice.
• Ability to explain and defend ideas clearly and handle feedback constructively.
• Low-ego, collaborative approach and willingness to grow with the team.
• Analytical mindset and focus on using performance data to improve outcomes.
• Comfort in fast-moving environments with changing priorities and short turnaround times.
• Genuine enthusiasm for writing and linking creative work to revenue.

Responsibilities

• Research ideal customer profiles, competitors and market messaging to write in customers' language.
• Develop full-funnel strategies across offers, landing pages, emails and touchpoints.
• Write persuasive conversion-focused copy for landing pages, emails, ads, case studies and sales materials.
• Define what to build and how each component moves prospects through the funnel.
• Review campaign and funnel performance and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with paid media, creative, sales and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Contribute new campaign, messaging and positioning ideas to the team.
• Refine copy, offers and funnel journeys using performance insights.
• Present and defend strategic and creative recommendations while welcoming feedback.
